Spotty!

I returned to my car in the local car park yesterday to find this parked next to me. It belongs to an acquaintance of mine with a very definite sense of humour.....


The beginning of it's index is SP07 ### (for obvious reasons of privacy I won't add the three remaining characters but they make it even better) just to make the whole thing even more amusing.
