I need to sleep

Here I am again, it's almost 1.00am, my body aches, my eyes are on stalks, my ability to focus on the monitor is diminishing rapidly, my whole body is shouting 'go to sleep' and what am I doing....surfing the blogosphere!

I am not 18 anymore, by anyone's stretch of the imagination. I will doubtless suffer for this in the morning, as ever I seem too lately..... but still I remain, rooted to the spot.

The trouble is that having worked all day, arrived home, done the necessary chores etc. etc. it seems kinda like a waste of my life to just go to sleep now....I want some play time! No, I have to sleep, ok well maybe just another 10 minutes.....half an hour....an hour perhaps.........
