The farce goes on

All I will say is that three hours of phone calls later, much attempted complaining to BT, who apparently don't have a complaints department and who despite my usually er.....'persuasive' manner refused point blank to refer me to a manger or supervisor, I am still broadband-less!

Tomorrow apparently is now the day we will finally emerge into the 21st century. Yeah right!
